FemtoTracer Poly-HRP Streptavidin Conjugate

is a state of art enzymatic label, based on the HRP heteropolymer core and streptavidin shell. Each molecule of the Poly-HRP Streptavidin Conjugate contains a multiple number of HRP (polymerized horseradish peroxidase) delivering more enzymatic activity and signal amplification in to assay.

Applications

Reagent is suitable for ultra-sensitive ELISA applications where sensitivity is desired to be in the order of pico- and sub picograms per ml. It is also suitable for routine ELISA, IHC, blotting or DNA/RNA hybridization assays with a number of HRP compatible substrates (OPD, TMB, luminol, DAB, AEC).

Chromatography purification step guarantee absence of the monomer HRP or streptavidin molecules in the final product. Proprietary developed simple synthesis process gives minimum batch-to-batch quality fluctuations.

Reagent is stable and fully ready to use: there is no need to premix or preincubate, just dilute it from the concentrate or prepare stable ready-to-use solution.

Product can be used in an established ELISA assay without any major modification of the protocol. FemtoTracer Poly-HRP-SA reagent has been developed utilising great experience in the field and with deep understanding of the custom demands.

Specification

Name of the product: FemtoTracer Poly-HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate

Description: Poly-HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate is a enzymatic label, based on the horse radish peroxidase (HRP) heteropolymer core and streptavidin shell. Each molecule of the Poly-HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate contains a multiple number of HRP and Streptavidin.

Specificity: binds to biotin with Kd=10-14M

Working concentration: assay dependent, typically 500 – 100 ng/ml

Format: liquid concentrate

Purification: purified by chromatography

Concentration: 0,5 – 1.5 mg/ml

Buffer: 50% glycerol

Preservative: not added

Applications: Reagent is suitable for ultra-sensitive ELISA applications where sensitivity demands is in the order of pico- and sub picograms per ml (for typical protein analyte with m.w. 10-100 kDa). It is also suitable for routine ELISA, IHC, Blotting or DNA/RNA hybridization assays with a number of HRP compatible substrates (OPD, TMB, luminol, DAB, AEC).

Storage: store at -18…-25ºC

Stability: stable for years if properly stored. Move to freeze after work, do not keep on table prolonged period of time. Prepare working prediluted concentrate in appropriate HRP stabilizer, store at +2…+8ºC.
